Printing
Most Chinese factories are using Korean printing tables and technology that is considered among the best in Asia.
The printing tables are usually 50 m long and positioned horizontally for printing of necktie fabrics.

Printing of fabrics for scarves usually takes place on tables angled at 45 degrees. Before the printed silk fabrics will be sent for cutting the fabrics undergo heat treatment in the finishing section.




The printing screens will be stored for half a year from production date. If a repeat order for the same pattern is placed within that period the buyer will not pay additional costs for making new screens.
