Sewing
Our factories produce both silk and polyester neckties in various qualities. Most of the ties are hand-sewn, though the cheaper end of the market requires machine stitching. After sewing, the neckties will be sent to the finishing section.

Cutting
To cut fabric our factories use Japanese "JUKI" cutting scissors, which can cut up to 50 pieces of fabric simultaneously.
